This is my 2nd shot in Brunei (After This), Lee & Sue are awesome couple! not to mention they are tall! I had alot of fun shooting their wedding
Sharing some of my favourites with you.

I *heart* Sue’s Gown, simply faboulous!

This cake is ordered all the way from JAPAN! And it is appearantly not for consume

While Sue is receiving her makeup, The Ji Mui (Sisters) are doing their mission briefing in the command headquarter. This is their lead speaking

And the General Commander is sitting upstairs, giving instructions via technology

It was a HOT day!

Anticipating The arrival of the brothers, in 3x Hyundai Starex!

So the negotiation begins

and bargain bargain starts

Brothers trying to literally rip off the gate!

But the ji muis are holding strong and so the brothers has no way but to follow instructions

So After some hard work, the ji mui finally get some re-pay….but certainly not enough!

Because there is only B$1 in each Ang Pow

I forget if they are asking for 2 more, 20 more or 200 more from the “negotiator”

while the brothers are chilling outside

And Finally, the gate is opened, however that is not the end….

More and more challenges coming the way

and more and more negotiations to be made

and finally with another round of Ang pow bribes (:p) they made it!

I had my first ever Brunei Wedding shoot, thanks to Jason & Jocelyn! To shoot the wedding, there is a total of 700km travelling distance as their wedding is separated in two session. So i had to travel twice to shoot their wedding. However, it is a brand new experience for me, I had much fun shooting their wedding too, it was great to see happy faces all around

Tony & June are both designers in their very owned designer firm works for Kappa, Adidas, and various big companies, further more, in China! Only meeting them once before actual day was a little bit worried at first. Hover, situation changed real soon with their easy going characteristic! I had alot of fun shooting their wedding, especially when all the “brothers” accompanying the Groom is actually friends of Bride you can sorta imagine that! Some of my favorites as usual after the jump.

Ka Teck & Siew Fong

Ka Teck & Siew Fong has very different characteristic. Ka Teck is like a shy guy, however Siew Fong extrovert attributes really top up spices on their life, which I clearly seen during their wedding day! I was covering the groom side for Kevin Here’s some of my favorites. Enjoy!

This little bugger is playing hide and seek with me. However, unknown to him, he can’t hide from my eyes behind my camera which flicks 100 times in a second :p Gotcha!

I am glad to shoot Jassica & Dr Devaraj’s wedding. This wedding achieve a few first in Ruidiphotography journal. It is the First wedding in 2011, dated on 01/01/2011. It is my First ever Punjabi/Indi Wedding (though Nick From Medianlabs said it is not the full scaled Punjabi wedding !) and this is the first multicultural wedding where i see Various of ethnic and culture coming together. Even the pastor said it is a One Malaysia Wedding

Jump to the highlights of the day, I was covering pictures for the Groom while Nick records the moment on the Bride.

Some of my favorites of the day!

I see unbreakable friendship bond between Dr Dev and his buddy.

Enjoying the joyous moment, an experience in a life time

Fast Forward, we have some post-wedding portrait after the ceremony

Then preparing for the dinner.

Do you know that these accessories together with the wedding gown can weigh as heavy as a whooping 30kg? It was an eye opening for me!
